Most important additions and changes relate to the following topics:
- German labels have been added to many classes in addition to the English main labels.
- Some quantity / quantity values pairs have been updated, amongst others prize, cost and other socioeconomic entities.
- Distinguish between physical units (equivalent to uo:unit) and other units.
- Policy instrument functions were introduced to enable a multi-hierarchical structure of policy instruments.
- To track the OEO history consistently, the IAO annotation "term tracker item" has been replaced by a new oeo-specific annotation "term tracker annotation".
- The following classes and relations have been made obsolete: "has bearer" which was replaced by the RO relation "characteristic of", "economic value", "economic value of" and "has economic value".
