OSEHRA VistA EHR System:

VistA is the EHR of record for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and it open source. VistA modules can be developed (e.g. an Rx for Parks Prescription Module)

The National Map - http://nationalmap.gov/viewer.html

Includes topo / 3D elevation datasets, hydrography, geographic names, land use / land cover, structures, many more. Note that these need to be extracted separately depending on what’s most of interest, and we can pull a few of them here. These would include boundary files for parks, structures, other information like that.

Attribute Information that might be useful / fun to reference (e.g. I want to visit places where I can see red tailed hawks, or fish for find Brook Trout)

Wild Horse and Burro Counts - An MS Excel file that includes herd area statistics broken down by state and national land location.
