Review old "language client" bugs to see if they are still present using the latest version of LSP4IJ

Review the issues below to see if they still occur with the latest version of LSP4IJ, new language clients, and other updates that have been made over time. For each item in the checklist, attempt to reproduce the problem.

1. If unable to reproduce, add a comment to the issue stating what was attempted and that it is no longer reproducible. Then the issue can be closed and checked off.
2. If the issue is reproducible, add a comment to the issue explaining how it was reproduced. Then it can be checked off the list.
3. As a team, we will need to triage each item that is still reproducible.
