How to compile?

1. Download VS Code 2019 version 16.0.3.0 using Chocolatey: choco install visualstudio2019community --version=16.0.3.0
2. Download .Net SDK in VS Code 2019
3. Import the .snl file into VS Code
4. Add missing DLLs from: https://github.com/Max-RM/mcenterdlls
5. Build it
