Example loading an OpenFAST output file (#14)

* openfast example based on 3.4MW iea ref turbine

* WIP: NREL/OpenFAST example

* Fixed the JLD2 warnings with writevtk tests

* Added OpenFAST data stuff

* Proofreading openfast example docs

* Replace Formatting.jl with Format.jl in tests

* Try to get docs preview?

* docs: remove useless push_preview arg
