OpenMaine Leadership Meeting, August 17, 2020 5-6pm

Proposed Agenda:

• Intro/Warmup | 5-5:15
• Next Meetup & Prep | 5:15-5:25

• Logistical challenge: only one host available. Has to stay in main room if we use breakout groups.
• Potential remedy: prep extra zoom links?
• Layout/Agenda: Jon to intro. Chris can talk about NDOCH. Collective host for the Maine Ballot working session.
• Action Items: Em to create a slide deck to share at the meeting

• Discussion: Cadence & Roles for group through 2020 | 5:25-5:50

• Long term hopes: Chris: long term want to maintain MaineBallot.org. Also want to find a time to make contact with state reps and the state and drive interest to us to propose things we can help with Jon: Having a network of folks with various technical skills who we can call on and be reasonably confident we can hear back from. Build up a stronger commitment to the group.
• Em: convene sate reps and be facilitators for that. Hold forums and move the conversation.
