Description

In your nice article
Using Privacy and Federated Learning in Recommendations - Part 1, there is a description of matrix factorization usage in federated learning, but there is no example about how to implement that. So I added that.

Affected Dependencies

Nothing.

How has this been tested?

  • Just tested on Jupiter.
