Desirable Compounds Not Yet Synthesised

With the arrival of the latest results, it was verified that the benzene part in the indole nucleus is not as relevant for biological activity, since MQ containing only pyrrole as a substituent resulted in the most active MQ synthesized so far in this project. Therefore, it is planned to synthesize new marinoquinoline derivatives containing non-aromatic heterocycles in place of indole.
