Ubuntu 23.10+ ships with an AppArmor profile that prevents Chrome for Testing binaries (used by Puppeteer) from using user namespaces, causing "No usable sandbox!" errors. See https://pptr.dev/troubleshooting#issues-with-apparmor-on-ubuntu
