Fixes #641 Disable the appreciation mode button when there are no appreciation items. * Add a check for appreciation items in `packages/webgal/src/UI/Title/Title.tsx` using `useSelector` to determine if there are any appreciation items. * Modify the appreciation mode button to include a `disabled` attribute and a conditional class for when there are no appreciation items. * Update the styles in `packages/webgal/src/UI/Title/title.module.scss` to include a new class for the disabled state of the appreciation mode button.
