For Introductory Statistics for the Health Sciences, by Lise DeShea and Larry Toothaker (2015)

The graphs were sent to the publisher in April. We just received the proofs for chapter 3. There might be changes to the graphs. There will definitely be changes to keep up with (non-backward compatible) improvements in the knitr package.
