Excel.Downtime : add a count of application folder references in "Equipment Types" sheet. Scope: identify orphan equipment types than can be deleted safely

BUGFIX

Some excel files do not contain project information e.g. Excel.Modules.Downtime.xls -> sheet Conditions -> many conditions missing from my project.
