V1.0 Release

本次为V1.0正式发布版本，新增功能：

添加简体中文和英语（美式）语言包
添加TPM状态查看功能
添加OpenSC一键安装功能
添加“关于”、“项目主页”模块
添加修改PIN码、重置PIN码功能
添加了输入内容校验功能
修改了字体显示、按钮和文本
修复了显示错误、按钮问题

This is a pre release version before the official release of V1.0, with new features added:

Add one click installation feature for OpenSC
Add "About" and "Project Homepage" modules
Add and modify PIN code, reset PIN code function
Add Check input text function

Fixed several errors

注意：本版本默认不支持Win7-8.1，如果需要支持，请下载支持win7-8.1的构建（将会在合适的时候发布支持win7-8.1的构建）
