Thanks Martin. I'm away and only have a tiny screen to look at. Based on
what I see it looks to me like there's an awful lot of work to be done in
Phase 3 to resolve mysteries and improve the data. And that's important to
know. I think further ad hoc analysis will help find some of the underlying
issues. Many thanks for doing this.

Don, Any guidance on how to construct the comment section below the
examination tables? I'm particularly puzzled by the massive reduction
in the social security benefits tax expenditure estimate. What happened
there? On the other hand, the imputation of the W-2 wages variable seems
to have fixed the underestimate of the QBID tax expenditure. Any ideas
about how to frame the comments would be appreciated.

My suggestion is to say we're going to be investigating these and other
issues in Phase 3 and leave it at that.

This PR adds tax revenue and tax expenditure estimates generated by Tax-Calculator (version 3.5.3) using Phase2 (v7) input datasets for 2023 and for 2026.
