LEiDA Matlab Toolbox

The LEiDA Toolbox serves to search for differences in brain activity between conditions, focusing on the dynamics of intrinsic connectivity patterns.

The toolbox includes all the Matlab scripts to apply Leading Eigenvector Dynamics Analysis (LEiDA) to neuroimaging data obtained with functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI).
