Changing the logout button color to red

Describe the bug
The logout button doesn't differentiate in the menu bar

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. login to talawa admin
2. chose any organization and navigate to dashboard
3. access the menu bar
4. scroll down to see the logout button

Expected behavior
red color of button

Actual behavior
transparent button

Suggestion: Make the button background to change to red color on hover. It looks good that way. IMO. But the decisions are to be made by the maintainers.
