Remove Aux IO Board and replace it with HSSL quDIS Interface. - Hardware supports 2 x 3 axis quDIS Interferometer units.

This is definitely not the right way to implement this in PandABrick_top... The majority of PandABricks built will have the AUX IO board, not this interface. I've just commented that out for now for testing. This would presumably need to be set up as different apps (in the CONFIG file) to build for different hardware.
