Fix after initial release

This issue was discovered by L_Kid and Siu4EV3R on the forums post. The heist would start for the heist leader only. The issue was GetInvokingResource() returning not what I expected it would. This has been removed in 2c59cbd.

Chore

After all of this hassle, I forgot to remove an old print(). This has been removed, because the info is not needed for the end-user.
