* Replace `$(GameFramework)` with `MonoGame` and remove any XNA Framework-specific logic.
* Replace `<CopyModReferencesToBuildOutput>true</CopyModReferencesToBuildOutput>` with
`<BundleExtraAssemblies>Game</BundleExtraAssemblies>`.
