Welcome to the ANTsLongCT wiki! ANTsLongCT adapts ANTs Longitudinal Cortical Thickness to include custom priors and a deep learning algorithm for cortical thickness calculation. It completes four main steps:

1. Warps: Computes composite warps from session to group template space
2. Segmentation: Runs Atropos on the single subject template (SST) and then the session image
3. Thickness: Computes the cortical thickness image using Kelly Kapowski
4. Quantification: Calculates volume, cortical thickness and GMD in each of the DKT labels
