E760 objects were being cast to 36X, causing an invalid cast exception.
the base CustomActivate method was being called some things that relied on it, causing some exceptions.
Essentials was updated to send `null` for the `inputSelector` when calling the `ExecuteSwitch` method in order to clear a route.
- adds a config value and a for loop to define the number of domains and create them in the xio constructor
- will just issue a warning as opposed to throw exception
- also cleaned up some logging
