  • What is the expected behavior?
    The VCF preprocessor should flag duplicate VCF entries, ie, the same chr, pos, ref and alt.

Ideally, the VCF preprocessor should check whether duplicate VCF entries have conflicting genotypes.

  • What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
    A way to spot the issue of duplicate records in VCF
