This update brings a modernized design that is full responsive, simple to update, and elevates Pinta's online presence.

Changed the instructions for local testing
No longer needed with the new site.

Thank you, this looks great! I'm about to go on vacation for a couple weeks so I'll leave this un-merged until after :)

Are all of the remaining .md files from the old website still being used? I see some of them being loaded by javascript, but perhaps not all(?), so it'd be good to clarify how updates to various pages should be made

I'll make a list of the essential files that are still needed to make the new site function below:

So basically, the config YAML file and latest release notes markdown file will be necessary for the site to function and are the only ones that would need to be updated, generally.

The site will pull the download appropriate download links, release notes location, and certain links for the contact page from the config file.
