missing example metadata file in example_data

The file mad4hatter_metadata_example.xlsx is mentioned in the Jupyter notebook of PMO_Docs but is not available in the example_data folder. I was able to work around this using the sample output from the quarto notebook, but long-term would be useful to have this included in github
