Description
This adds scrolling features from my mod scroll tweaks and the background opacity customization wyvest PRd to overlay tweaks (pretty much direct copy paste)
i commented out the old remove background feature i dont really know what the plan is for these. in some past commits some variables get deleted others stay but lose their config so idk
