close tickets and reopen them

MUBoard 1.0.0 RC1

This is the first release candidate.

The module gives capability to create categories, forums in categories in the backend and give them a position to order them in the frontend.

MUBoard is developed using MOST so the module uses doctrine2 and other features given by Zikula 1.3.5. So the module is future-proof.
