Allow cloning with custom git depth

Currently this block clones a Git repository with a --depth 1 CLI option to git. We recently had the need to retrieve the whole history of a git branch to have our Prefect task to retrieve DVC artifacts based on Git tag passed as parameter. So having the option to specify a specific depth or even the whole commit history of a branch is a useful feature.
