Guidelines and Code of Conduct

When adding URLs as part of the documentation:

• If they are part of the public package documentation (README.md or CHANGELOG.md), use full paths
• If the URL is referencing a file or directory, a relative path is preferred

Any conversations opened on a PR should be closed by the same person.

Any currently blocked ticket should be annotated with the blocked label and removed upon unblocking.

After a PR is merged and the ticket is moved to the Merged column, the ticket needs to be tested by at least one other person before it is published. The person testing the ticket should assign themselves under the Assignees section of the ticket. Upon successful testing, the person should move the ticket to the Tested column. If the ticket doesn't satisfy the specified ACs and/or quality of the work, it should be moved to the In Progress assigning the original assignee. Once the ticket is published, it should be moved to the Published/Done column.
