CODE CHANGE: Making site responsive with dark and light mode & making the footer

1: making the site responsive.
2: Many element is not adaptive to the light and dark mode.
3: Footer is not working with light mode

Proposed solution

I will change ui/ ux and js of this project to solve the issue .
