First attempt to implement a command to handle extra wkhtmltopdf options to better control PDF conversions (related to #418 and #389). Calcpad CLI wasn't changed yet, though. The
#pdfkeyword was used instead of#wkhtmltopdfbecause the former is way shorter. A usage example was also included.
