Release notes:
- Added scrolling in phylogenetic tree
- Removed some minor bugs
Instructions:
- Download V0.6.1-Including_resources.zip
- Extract V0.6.1-Including_resources.zip
- Execute DART-N-0.6.1.jar
- From the top menu select:
- File -> Load genome sequence and select a .gfa file (some included in zip file)
- File -> Load phylogenetic tree and select a .nwk file (one included in zip file)
Please note, both the tree and graph file should be loaded before being able to use the program properly!
