Release notes:
- Added scrolling in phylogenetic tree
- Removed some minor bugs
Instructions:
- Download DART-N-0.8.jar
- Run DART-N-0.8.jar
- From the top menu select:
- File -> Load genome sequence and select a .gfa file
- OR File -> Load phylogenetic tree and select a .nwk file
- Annotations must be loaded separately via: File -> Load annotation data and select a .gff file
Please note, use of a mouse is recommended.
Please note, the tree, graph, meta data and annotation data files should be loaded before being able to use the program properly!
