This is mainly a performance optimisation. vMangos does this. AzerothCore now does this. We should too.

azerothcore/azerothcore-wotlk#18637

I will note that the AC version has only been in for about 6 months and get very little testing for such a big change. However, that means its been live on ChromieCraft for that time too with no real related pr updates I can find.

Consider this important to manage many players in one location.
