This project aims to resurrect and extend the code in William J. Kosmann's dissertation, "On System Engineering a Barter-Based Re-allocation of Space System Key Development Resources" (http://pqdtopen.proquest.com/doc/1352070518.html?FMT=AI) at Washington University. Kosmann credits Steve Scott, a PhD student at George Mason University, for substantial work on the original Netlogo code. The dissertation is (C) William J. Kosmann. The open-source license is TBD.
