Now one can run the example with SNS linac lattice after Power Upgrade (PUP) with 1.3 GeV beam and before the upgrade with 1.0 GeV beam.
This PR has commits from @shishlo in #28. It deals with lattice files only, SEGFAULT bug will be a merged with #28.
