Cleanup autotools files.

Gates implementations : added T, T dag and S gate. Gates implementations : added PrepZ (Prepare into zero State). Created Simulation Server. Added documentation (QCode 1.0 Manual). Fixed Quantum Code Parser Bug : Malformed Gate Handling. Fix XPU Types Header Compatibility with "sys/types.h" Removed "__error" macro from XPU stdout.h.
