A plugin for Blender which can easily assign proper materials to models exported by SM Converter
- Select the latest version of the plugin and download
SM.Converter.Plugin.zip
archive - In
Edit -> Preferences -> Add-ons
click onInstall...
button and select the archive - Check the checkbox near the plugin name
- First of all, the addon works only if you've exported the model with
Export Materials
setting enabled - Import the converter model into Blender
- Press
N
to open the side panel and select theSM Converter Plugin
tab
- Now there are 3 options you can choose from:
- Assign Materials - assigns the correct shaders to all materials that have appropriate names
- Assign Materials Selected - assigns the correct shaders only to selected objects
- Create Nodes - adds preconfigured shaders into your custom node list which you can then use as you wish
