Re-opening PR for this, but without a grammar for now. WIP.

  • Carried over spec from Confluence
  • Removed sections that were no longer relevant, such as the rules hash given that the Rules Resource has versioning instead
  • Streamlined spec and examples
  • Updated OData examples and basic rules info
  • Streamlined spec portion and moved tables of functions and tokens to Appendix
  • Added ISO dates and timestamps

TODO

  • Determine final grammar and where it should live - maybe in its own repo
  • Add automated build tests on PR, artifact generation on merge
