Welcome to the P-Lingua >= 5.0 wiki!

P-Lingua is a programming language for membrane computing. It was created in 2008 by Ignacio Pérez and other members of the Research Group on Natural Computing. The P-Lingua ecosystem includes compilers, simulators, libraries, GUIs and other nice tools. You can find information here for versions from 1.0 to 4.0, including papers and tools.

Moving from P-Lingua 4.0 to 5.0 was a big challenge, we did a complete redesign of the software, focusing on efficiency and flexibility, while maintaining retro-compatibility. Please, read the foundational paper here.
