This PR adds the option to receive the raw node data from
hyperdriveby passing the headerAccept: application/json; metadata=full. Media type parameters are described here.Note that directories (entry prefixes) lack
seqandvalueproperties.This change would simplify the frontend logic in
hyperdrive.elfor displaying directory contents.
