Online documentation for xiView and associated pages

If editing/adding new docs, use MarkdownPad2 or another Markdown editor to convert the .md files to .html

In MarkdownPad2 we use a css stylesheet with the rules

@import url("../../docs.css");
@import url("../docs.css");
@import url ("/xidocs/docs.css");

to make sure the html pages catch the xidoc stylesheet, not ideal but it works
