v1.1 for Win10 Anniversary Update (build 14393 aka ver 1607)

If you're running Win10 ver 1607, you might find your title bar color changes randomly every time you used APTool_10586 (ver 1.0). This is because Microsoft has changed the rule again. I've 'fixed' it for now but it might be broke again in short future. After all, this function is undocumented so Microsoft might change or remove them as they like in future.

Anyway, let's see we have here. ;)

Note: If you're using build 10586 (ver 1511), please use v1.0 instead.
