- feat: add colorized output.

add debug, err and info colorized output
update to 8.11.1
set workflow to only run on PR's

this is failing presumably because of #14. I will remove tests being run in the ci workflow until this is addressed; test builds will still continue @BarredAvenger IOexceptions are found on ubuntu that I'm not seeing on windows. I'm assuming this is from #14. I'm thinking this PR is still kosher, but we'll probably want to prioritize addressing #14 and validating my assumption that #14 is to blame for the IOexceptions on ubuntu. |
