Motivation / Description
Add prettier for consistent formatting
Changes introduced
Added prettier for everything except MD/MDX. Those files are whitespace sensitive and will need further checking, and so can be done separately.

Please review by commit, the manual changes and the auto formatting commits are separate
This PR should be rebased so the specific prettier formatting commit can be added to
