Rewrite of import code to support recreating a library from an osxphotos export. This adds several new features to osxphotos import:

• Correct handling of live, edited, raw+jpeg, and burst files (Handle AAE files in osxphotos import #1464, How to use osxphotos to recreate my library and preserve as much as possible? #1267)
• Added --exportdb, --exportdir to read metadata for imported photos from an export created by osxphotos export.
• Added --auto-live to automatically convert photo+video pairs to Live Photos upon import (Add --auto-live to osxphotos import #1399).
• Added --favorite-rating to set favorite status for imported photos (Add --favorite-rating to osxphotos import to read rating and set favorite #1373).
• Added --signature to specify custom signature for comparing duplicates when importing (Add --fingerprint option to osxphotos import #1374).
• Added --edited-suffix to specify custom suffix for associating edited files when importing.
• Fix: apply --sidecar to edited files when importing (Apply --sidecar to *_edited.ext files when using it with osxphotos import #1470)
• Fix: normalize unicode characters in album names when importing (normalize unicode for album names upon import #1475)
