This PR splits the massive
waypoints.jsoninto multiple json files and merges them back together with gh-actionsAlso, the readme will be automatically updated with the new terrains
Note that this pr requires https://github.com/RigsOfRods/rigs-of-rods/blob/master/source/main/gui/panels/GUI_TopMenubar.cpp#L76 to be updated
