New symbology for and adding adding to the business logic under igo, reach & raster intermediates.
This pull request will also change the raster in the default RCAT view from the DEM to a hillshade, so it might be better to wait to merge with master until the hillshades are tiled for WebRAVE?
Images of symbology & legend for igo, reaches & raster. I tested using RCAT for Wakarusa River-Clinton Lake HUC: 1027010401 v 3.1.1.
