Each story should be

• the smallest unit of work; can’t be split
• independent such that they can be developed in any sequence
• negotiable implantation
• estimable effort, at least in a relative sense
• testable, with a clear acceptance criteria and done state.

An example is

As a passenger, I want to link the credit card to my profile so that I can pay for a ride faster, easier and without cash.
