About the PR

This readds 2 PRs that was reverted during the "great reset of 2024". 1 about reenabling sandbox, another for extra customization.

Why / Balance

We like sandbox; it's been 1 of our favorite gamemodes.

The head top and tail markings are to allow even more customization.
