This motion makes it so a simple "counted" vote (i.e., not acclamation) is sufficient for decisions that require more than a simple majority (vs. the secret ballot method currently required).

2023 approval is null since it was not confirmed at extraordinary yearly meeting 2024-03-02, meaning that motion must be considered void. In any case, this is superseded by 6e9d414. |
